Rohan Gulasekharam – Dip FP, CFP
Rohan brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the Axios team, having worked in the financial services industry for 42 years.
Rohan enjoys a healthy work/life balance and encourages his clients to do the same. Time with his family, golf, footy and travel are just some of his favourite things to do outside the office.
The best life advice which Rohan has received includes respecting the fact that everyone is different, and that most people are instrinsically good. It’s a moral which also explains the Axios difference. Every member of the Axios family works incredibly hard to build and maintain professional and highly personal relationships with their clients and their families. The many positive testimonials they receive is proof of this commitment.
Teresa Leake – Dip FP, CFP
A career of over 40 years in the industry means that Teresa has seen many ups and downs in the world of financial services.
A career highlight was in Tasmania 20 years ago, talking to a hostile workforce about surplus in their super fund and what was going to happen to it, and getting out alive! The industry is more than a job for Teresa, it is her passion but she also includes her family, animals, cooking and friends in that list. Her colleagues and their personal commitment to making a difference in clients’ lives is what Teresa believes sets Axios apart.
Teresa has two pearls of wisdom which she shares with everyone she comes into contact with – ‘love your children and provide the best education you can for them’, and ‘put your arms around what you can control and let the rest go’. They are certainly great rules to live by.
Andrew Goh – BCOM

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys park outings with his wife and their two dogs – Maxi and Hugo, and tending to his indoor aquarium. Andrew believes ‘one should be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful’; a mantra he lives by every day and aims to pass on to each of his clients.

Marlene’s career includes 18 years in the financial services industry. Having owned her own business and then her position as an Office Manager for 14 years, Marlene brings a wealth of experience to the office and makes her almost indispensable!
A typical weekend for Marlene includes family, friends, pets and gardening, and escaping to the movies or the theatre when she is able to.
Marlene’s work is made more enjoyable by the fact that the staff and management in the office get on so well together, and that they have a shared commitment to their clients.
Marlene’s outlook on life is a positive one – as she says, ‘when life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile’.
Kerry has enjoyed a diverse career background that saw her working at companies such as National Mutual, Zurich and NAFM. She even owned her own business in Germany and is a qualified personal trainer.
Kerry loves the diversity of her role here at Axios. She enjoys the people she works with and the interaction with our clients over the phone or greeting them when they arrive at our office.
Health and fitness is high on her list of priorities. Up most mornings before the birds to fit in a morning gym session, swimming or a run on the beach.
