In 2010 we as a family decided to move from South Africa to Australia.
The South African currency was very weak and this move meant that our financial worth was significantly compromised – when you are faced with that you want to work very carefully with what you’ve got left.
I reached out to Bentley before we moved and he gave generously of his time over the phone and I as a customer will never forget that. When we arrived in Australia I sought Axios’s advice in terms of markets, the dollar situation, and general financial intelligence between the two countries. They advised us on superannuation and help set up a trust fund and share plan. Bentley also took time to give us advice when we set up a small business in Sydney and when we bought our first house here.
For our family there was such value for us in meeting someone who really understands international relocation. Bentley was able to speak from experience and relate to us; and while our financial situation was devalued by the move, he and his team didn’t devalue us as people.
We are very happy with what we have accomplished since our arrival here in Australia and how we are growing and I know that’s because we had a firm financial foundation. While we go through ebbs and flows of needing their advice we always know Axios is there – they are true to their word of developing a long-term partnership and not just selling a product.
