I have no doubt that my wife and I have made the right choice in retaining Axios Financial to manage our finances.
Firstly, I have become impressed by Bentley’s and Andrew’s sincerity. I say that as someone who has spent a large part of his life immersed in politics, and who is, accordingly not easy to impress. My lack of familiarity with the finance industry has meant that on occasions Bentley has gone to unusual lengths to keep me informed of detail that is relevant to our circumstances.
Secondly, I have found communication particularly easy. Notwithstanding my relative ignorance of money matters, Andrew and Bentley always seem to have the capacity to understand my often poorly framed questions.
Thirdly, I am gratified that we are paying on a fee for service basis, as distinct from a fee for service component, with a significant, and a commonly unfathomable, commission component associated with the choice of funds. I am satisfied that Axios had developed the practice of observing the requirements of the legally enacted safeguards long before these were in force for their industry. Moreover I am satisfied that, by industry standards, Axios fees are very reasonable.
Finally, I have always found Bentley and Andrew to be quickly and comprehensively responsive to my queries notwithstanding that on occasions they have been adequately addressed in previous correspondence. Moreover, I have yet to have my conceptual limitations pointed out to me by either Andrew or Bentley when I ask questions that subsequently, even I can see, were framed in inexcusable ignorance.
